Privacy Policy

Stage Manager Report creates and stores production books, rehearsal reports, rosters, attendance, notes, action items, and report settings locally on your device. The app does not require an account.

Information We Collect

The rehearsal workflow does not ask for login credentials, location, contacts or photos. Mindsle does not receive production or report content entered in the app. Purchase checkout may ask for billing and contact information as described below.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple. RevenueCat may process purchase history, entitlement status, app identifiers, platform metadata, and an anonymous customer identifier needed to unlock Lifetime Pro and restore purchases. This purchase information is not used for tracking.

Android Website Purchases

The Android edition uses Mindsle's Stripe checkout. Stripe processes billing information, payment details and the email you enter at checkout according to Stripe's privacy policy. Mindsle's license service, hosted on Cloudflare, stores a checkout session identifier, hashed checkout claim and license identifiers, creation time and payment state. Card details and rehearsal content are not stored in the license database. The server verifies completed payments and refunds with Stripe before activating a license.

The app stores the Android license and a short-lived verification record in platform-protected storage. A verified purchase may work offline for up to seven days before another check is required. Cloudflare receives ordinary request metadata such as IP addresses; the service uses an IP-based request limit. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking. Payment records may be retained for purchase restoration, refunds and required financial record keeping. Contact support for questions or deletion requests; deleting a license record can prevent restoration.

PDF And CSV Exports

PDF reports and CSV indexes are created on device and passed to the operating system share sheet. You choose the destination. Mindsle does not upload those files to a server.

Sensitive Report Content

You control the information entered and shared. Avoid placing confidential medical, disciplinary, child-protection, or personnel details in broadly distributed rehearsal reports.

Optional Website Analytics

The Stage public website offers optional Google Analytics cookies to measure page visits, traffic sources, browser and device categories, engagement, and clicks on the Android APK, App Store links. This starts only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline or change the choice using Analytics preferences; the website works either way.

The analytics code is limited to the four public Stage product and guide pages. Payment and license pages are excluded. We send fixed action names, public page paths and APK architecture/version, not report fields, roster names, exported files, email addresses, license codes or checkout claims. Referrer paths and URL query strings are removed from analytics page fields. Google receives ordinary connection metadata; Analytics uses pseudonymous browser identifiers, so this is not a count of identified people. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Browser identifiers expire after 28 days; the consent choice is saved locally for 180 days. Blocking cookies or analytics can prevent measurement.

Google processes analytics data according to Google’s privacy policy. Visits before the analytics launch are unavailable. A download-click event means the link was clicked, not that an APK finished downloading, was installed or was purchased.
